4th) 6…. #6 Live for the Day- been off for 4 months, 1st time with Fawkes and Paco Lopez aboard while trying turf for the 1st time.
5th) 5-7…. #5 Braver Then We Are- trainer Saffie wins claim repeater 38% and a repeat of last will make this one tough. #7 Passionate Hachi- Jorge Delgado 1st claim wins 38%.
6th) 1…. #1 Denver- looking for a mile high price here. 1st on turf, 3rd off layoff, 2nd time with trainer and a bullet workout.
7th) 3…. #3 Big Rock- trained by Clement who has been very hot. Long layoff but has run well at GP and faced much better in the past.
8th) 2…. #2 Joe Di Baggio- back in against state bred’s cutting back to 6 furlongs and looks ready to run a good one at a short price.
9th) 12…. #12 Pointedlee- been off 7 months but if she has improved at all she will be super tough here. Trainer usually fires after a long layoff. From a small sample of 5 trainer wins 60% of the time and hits board at 80%. Could be a nice price if anywhere near the morning line of 12-1.
