Race 2 – #6 Paz the Wine is classiest of this bunch of 5k claimers, look for McCarthy to get the early double. 6-3-5
Race 3 – #5 Gennie Highway looks best in this spot going 5f on the turf .
#1 Midnight Miss McCarthy/Ness/Midwest first timer. #6 Old Line Magic will be running on late. 5-1-6
Race 4 – This race is scheduled to go a mile and a sixteenth on the main track and I hope a speed duel develops between the likely favorite #2 Hot Sriracha and #6 Can He Shine and sets up for my top pick #1 Kingston Pike to hit the wire first. 1-2-6
Race 5 – Another turf sprint, and this one should be exciting. I’m going to put #5 Bustin Hearts on top in wide open affair. #10 Queen of Schmooze should be running on well in the end. #7 Bearsatlanticmist rounds out tri at price. 5-10-7
Race 6 – Slated for a mile and a half on the turf, this marathon looks to be #2 Tap the Monents race to lose. He likely needed the last one off the bench and Forest Boyce will hope to navigate a clear trip to pick up the winners share. #6 Lemon Zip and #1 Barin look to get up for minor rewards. 2-6-1
Race 7 – #3 Curlin’s Knight looks lone speed in this 8k claimer. Look for Vargas to go wire to wire. 3-2-6
Race 8 – I’ll try to get a price in this maiden claiming race going 5f on the turf, the likely favorite is #7 Railmaster. The 5 year old is 0-14 and I just cant trust him in this spot and with a number of first timers signed on here I thought it to be a good spot to try and catch one at a price. I landed on the #4 Bold Trek, hopefully Toledo can get out in front and take them wire to wire. 4-3-7
Race 9 – #5 Ride to the Sunset hits the wire first with Ty Conner to close out this Pimlico meet and Memorial Day card. 5-2-8
