Race 1: CLAIMING $16,000 – $14,000   One Mile
Picks: 3-4-6
Single Mission (#3): On the board in four straight races, Single Mission will be one of the controlling speeds of the race. Trainer is 23% when 45 days away and is 28% when running with new horse for first time. Has a win and two seconds in three starts at the one mile distance. Must use. 
Stillsexyatsixty (#4): Faces a much weaker field today than in the past. Gets red hot Weston Hamilton aboard. Will get pace to run at. Good jockey / trainer combination that will be coming late. 
Superstar Diva (#6): When dropped to the $16,000 level last time, she ran his best race on conventional dirt when fishing 3rd. I think she will improve of that effort. Will get a good pace to run at and can get a piece. 
Race 2: ALLOWANCE $35,000  One Mile 
Picks: 1-5-2
Marie From Paris (#1): His been in the exacta in four straight races, her last two races she was beaten a head and neck. Jockey/trainer combination have successful ROI for the meet. She has plenty of speed and the rail. Can go a long way if she gets in front. 
Polarization (#5): Last time she was running for a low claiming price, she won at the $15,000 level here at Laurel Park. She stretches back to her best distance where she is 2 for 4 in her career. Has speed and can rate. If pace is hot, she can pick up the pieces. 
Sudden Hope (#2): Has the highest beyer speed figures of the field. Drops in class today and faces weaker group. Trainer is 19% when dropping in class and 17% in sprints. With a good pac upfront, she will be mid pack and come late. 
Race 3: STARTER OPTIONAL CLAIMING $25,000
Picks: 2-6-3

Calculated Thinkin (#2): His last two have the highest Beyer numbers then the rest of this group, he faces slightly weaker today and Forest Boyce is back aboard. Trainer is 24% in sprints and will get good position. Must use. 

Where You Was (#6): Ran a 79 Beyer number last time in his first dirt race in a long time. He gets the outside post but will have speed to chase. Good workout pattern and will be live.
Stroll Smoking (#3): Makes second start off a year layoff, where trainer is 10%. Ran a strong race last time out and should improve against this group.
Race 4: MAIDEN CLAIMING $10,000  1 1/16 Dirt
Picks: 9-10-2
Scip It All (#9): Dropped to the $10,000 level last time and her best race yet. Finished 2nd and now gets similar company. Trevor McCarthy returns and she has a good work pattern coming in. One to watch.
Pride Leader (#10): Two straight on the board finishes and stretches out in distance. Good jockey/trainer combination. This level fits his style and he’ll be coming late. 
Congratstomywife (#2): Drops from $25,000 to $10,000 and gets a route of ground. From the inside, she can save ground and get first run. Trainer is 14% when routing. Big chance here. 
Race 5: CLAIMING $5,000 One Mile 
Picks: 2-10-11
City Gold (#2): Dropped to this level last timeout and won by a head. Highest Beyer number than any other horse in this field. Gets an inside post has tactical speed. Trainer is 25% with last out winners and 22% routing. Must use. 
Mountain Cry (#10): Consistent Beyer numbers and back to this level. Hit the board in four straight starts, the trainer is 33% with 2nd time starters and 26% in claiming races. Live longshot. 
Junction (#11): Has five second place finishes in last six starts. Has a lot of speed but gets the outside post. Gets leading rider Victor Carrasco and has great numbers. This horse can upset if he gets to early lead and slows it down. 
Race 6: STARTER OPTIONAL CLAIMING $25,000  One Mile 
Picks: 1-2-3
Stormin Hongkong (#1): In the superfecta in all four starts, this gelding was 4th at this level last out. With more experience under his belt and getting longer distance, he should run better. Trainer is 20% in sprint to routes. 
Three Phase (#2): Drops from $50,000 to $25,000 level and has 5 seconds in nine starts. The most consistent horse in the field and best numbers. Must use. 
Vorian (#3): Won a $25,000 claimer last time out and now gets to route for the first time. Trainer is 17% in sprint to routes. Has the pedigree to get distance. In for big chance. 
Race 7: ALLOWANCE $35,000 One Mile 
Picks: 6-7-3
Big City Blues (#6): Won a $42,000 allowance race and drops in class today. Trainer has been red hot lately and this horse has been in the superfecta in five straight races. Has good speed and will be sent early. Must use. 
Crouchelli (#7): Seven straight races of 80 plus Beyer numbers and gets a good post. There will be pace, and he will be coming late. Trainer is 14% in routes and with a good pace, has a good chance. 
Goodluckjohnathan (#2): drops to lower class after running in Maryland Million Classic. Has the ability to rate, and can win using speed, last win was wire to wire. Inside post will help. Is he good enough? 
Race 8:  ALLOWANCE OPTIONAL CLAIMING $35,000  1 1/16 Dirt 
Picks: 5-6-2
Nyx Warrior (#5): On the board in eight out of his last nine starts, and has two wins at this distance. Trainer 32% when first time after the claim and 23% in dirt starts. Great ROI and jockey/trainer combination. Must use. 
Moon Virginia (#6): Won at the $25,000 level last time out. Trevor McCarthy is back aboard and has high numbers. Trainer is 12% with last out winners. Will get pace to run at and with late kick, has a goo shot. 
Unbridledadventure (#2): Winner of two out of last three starts and her last race she won with a 90 number. She has stalking speed and can go to the lead. She ships in from New York and has been running versus better. Big chance here. 
Race 9: CLAIMING $5,000 1 1/16 Dirt 
Picks: 1-5-9
Brahms Romp (#1): Three straight second place finishes at this level and has consistent high numbers. Has the rail and good gate speed. Trainer’s barn has heated up over last few weeks. 23% when routing, good ROI, must use. 
Super Vision (#5): Dropped to this level for the first time last out and was a solid third. Trevor McCarthy gets back aboard. Solid track record and has class to have a chance. 
Publishanditerate (#9): Has a win and 2nd at this level and won his last race. Trainer is 29% in claimer repeats and 20% in last out wins. Has the outside post so he will have to go right away. High number last race.
