(#7): Powerfully Built: All three wins have come at Monmouth Park and has run extremely well over the track. Outside post, he will need to use his speed right away. Live play.
Race 2: MAIDEN CLAIMING $10,000 One Mile

(#5): Big Boss Lady: Drops to lower level claimer of her career. Has faced some of these before and knows her competition. Should be up front early on, and with her experience, could be best.
(#2): Honesta: Makes transition to dirt when the trainer is 32% going turf to dirt. Goes from $16,000 to $10,000 level. Posted a sharp four furlong workout last week. Should be ready to go. Looking to breakthrough.
(#3): Minewellreceived: Ran her best ran in over a year last time out in her first dirt start since last August. She has good speed on the inside and should come fast. Drops to $10,000 level today and stands a good chance.
Race 3: ALLOWANCE $50,000 5 1/2 Furlongs
Picks: 2-5-6
(#2): Tutti Benvenuti: Won her debut very impressively and looks to build on her seconds tart. Trainer Jorge Duarte Jr. is 25% with last out maiden winners. Should be good speed in front of her and distance is up her wheelhouse. Ran a sharp 90 beyer in her debut.
(#5): Mabel Island: Ships down to Monmouth to try and get a better share today. She chased a hot pace and faltered last time out. This field is a field she should be tough in. She has posted back to back fast works going four furlongs. She is primed for a big effort today.
(#6) Ships up from Delaware Park where she has good speed but faltered after a duel last out. She is making her second start off four month layoff. Trainer is 13% this year with horses second off the layoff. Distance should be god for her. Gets a good jockey in Antonio Gallardo.
Race 4: MAIDEN CLAIMING $25,000-$20,0005 1/2 Furlongs (Turf)
Off Turf: 11-9-1
(#9) Hidden Style: Takes big class drop today and gets much easier field than before. Training well over the Monmouth track, two straight bullet workouts coming in. Trainer is 29% with horses second time on the grass. Good closing kick and with live pace will be there at the end.
(#7): Your Awesome Boss: Gets leading rider Paco Lopez aboard. Trainer is 40% going maiden to maiden claiming. Will get his chance today.
(#3): Embeed: Drops from maiden company to $25,000 level today. Gets Jose Ferrer for the first time. Big upgrade. With race off turf, should get lighter field.
Race 5: STARTER OPTIONAL CLAIMING $12,500 – $6,250 One Mile

(#7): Runabout: Four 2nds in his last five starts. Goes back to a distance he likes and will appreciate. Gets Nik Juarez aboard for the first time. Fast workouts coming in, trainer is 14% shipping. First well with this group.
(#5): Final Prospect: Won an allowance race very impressively at Parx last time out. Won on the lead and never looked back. Ran to a 93 beyer speed figure and stands out in here. Will need the lead again to win.
(#4): Making first start of 2020, this gelding has four career wins at Monmouth Park. He likes this track and gets Hector Diaz Jr aboard. He has posted back to back bullet workouts. Among the fastest in the field, he will be sitting on go from the gate.
Race 6: OPTIONAL CLAIMING $12,500 5 1/2 Furlongs (Turf)
Off Turf: 4-2-7
(#4): Dr. Boyle: Coming in off sharp win sprinting on the dirt, this gelding gets Nik Juarez back aboard and has good speed. Seems run well against NJ-bred company. Good works coming in and has a good middle post. will use his speed early on and get a late run.
(#1): Irish Fix: Drops from $20,000 to $12,500 level today. Speed from the inside and has a good mid pack speed as well. Both career wins have come at this distance. Will be tough.
(#9): His Pal: Makes his turf debut today from the outside post. Trainer is 17% with first time grass runners. He has posted steady works and has a win over the Monmouth track. Second start off a long layoff, should be much better today.
Race 7: MAIDEN SPECIAL WEIGHT $47,500 5 Furlongs

(#7): Dalton: One of a few with experience in the field. Was a good third o debut after a wide trip. Trainer Jorge Duarte Jr. is 25% with horses in second career start. Posting steady works coming in and gets Paco Lopez aboard for the first time. Good speed and will be tough.
(#1): Tiz a Prince: Draws the rail and with a better trip last time out, could have won. Gets kore distance today, and has looked good in the mornings. He has sharp speed and will need it.
(#5): Don’t Losemymoney: Makes career debut today and ships up from Maryland. Trainer is 13% with debut runners. Good works coming in, will be a play.
Race 8: MAIDEN CLAIMING $10,000 6 Furlongs

(#5): Always Alright: A poor start and wide trip cost her bad in the debut. Today, she drops from $40,000 to $10,000 claiming level, gets blinkers for the first time, where Duarte is 38% first time blinkers, and gets Paco Lopez. Chances should improve today.
(#3): Awesomenewyear: Drops from $25,000 to $10,000 level today. Has run to three 3rds in her career, also has Jose Ferrer aboard. Good jockey/trainer combination for the meet.
(#1): Class Factor: Drops from $20,000 to $10,000 level today. Returns to dirt and trainer is 18% going turf to dirt. Posted a sharp three furlong drill and looks to be ready for this field.
Race 9: $75,000 Irish War Cry Handicap One Mile (Turf)
Off Turf: 8–4-3
(#1): Irish Strait: The half brother to Irish War Cry himself, has made his career at Monmouth Park. Makes 2020 debut today, trainer Graham Motion is 20% with horses off more than three months. He has run well in open company and state bred company. Five straight races of 90 beyer numbers or more. Draws the rail and will use his speed effectively. Will be tough to beat.
(#8): Golden Brown: Defending winner of this race and has made himself a home at Monmouth Park. Has run so well against NJ-breds and should be the outside speed. Will be up close on the pace. Trainer is 19% going turf to dirt. Should be close again.
(#3): Royal Urn: Comes in off a win in the John J. Reilly over fellow NJ-Breds in this field. Seems to get better with every start. Has turned in a good work since his last start. Gets over Monmouth Park well.
Race 10: CLAIMING $12,500 – $10,500 Six Furlongs
Picks: 10-3-6
(#10): Taralluci: Drops down to $12,500 company and fits well at this level. Trainer is 17% with horses second off the layoff, also has won at the $10,000 level in February. Good gate speed and will need it from outside.
(#3): Always Talking: Won at Charles Town two weeks ago and has four wins overall at this distance. Trainer is 25% with horses coming in off a win. Speed is key. Nik Juarez will use it and could be tough to catch.
(#6): Gipsey Sorceress: Has run well in sprints here at Monmouth and should get a good pace in front. Live Longshot.
Race 11: STARTER HANDICAP $16,000 1 1/16 Miles
Picks: 11-4-12
(#11): Croatian: Main Track Only horse should draw in. Winner of two of his last three, he has front end speed and has run consistently fast beyer numbers. Has faced much tougher company in the past. If good enough, will get it done.
(#4): Belgrano: Has run well on off the turf races, should be up with the leaders early on. Jose Ferrer is aboard. Needs a shorter field and a good trip to have a chance.
(#12): Bustoff: Comes in off a win at Laurel Park last month and all nine wins have come on fast track. Ran a sharp 97 beyer number last time ut. Outside post but with shorter field, he should get a good trip. Trainer is 20% shipping and should be tough here.
Race 12: CLAIMING $12,500 – $10,500
Picks: 2-6-7
(#2): Foxy Mischief: Drops down to $12,500 level today and gets an inside post. Went wire to wire three starts back at this distance. Four career wins have come at six furlongs. Two straight sharp drills and should be ready to go.
(#6): Hero for Hire: Comes in off sharp win two weeks ago in Monmouth debut. Went to the lead and never looked back. Faces another field to his liking. Hollendorfer is off to good start at the meet.
(#7): Miss Mi Mi: 1st or 3rd in all six career starts at Monmouth Park. Last time at the track he won a $16,000 claimer by 8 3/4 lengths. Gets Paco Lopez back, who was aboard in that win. Big chance.
Race 13: MAIDEN CLAIMING $16,000 – $14,000 One Mile
Picks: 1-7-5
(#1): Tio Bias: Veteran over the dirt and has a rail draw. With shortened field, he should be a contender and get a good ground saving trip.
(#7): Wickydidit: Dirt pedigree and should be in front early on. Good speed and with shortened field, gets the pace advantage. Speed has been king so far at the meet.
(#5): Lodi: Gets the blinkers off today and back to the dirt. Trainer is 33% taking the blinkers off. Gets the middle post and Antonio Gallardo aboard. Longshot chance.
