#1 Hot N Sour is a first time starter out of G1 winning dam Egg Drop in a field lacking much quality

Race 2:

#3 Organic Jenny 4-1 ML

#1 Why Trust 5-2 ML

#5 Saint Michael 3-1 ML


#3 Organic Jenny cuts back off the claim for 40% barn with good back form

Race 3:

#1 Shoshone Brave 4-1 ML

#6 First Spring 3-1 ML

#5 Geyser 6-1 ML

#1 Shoshone Brave goes 2nd off the long layoff and showed blistering speed before fading late. Look for him to gun right to the lead and might be able to hold them off with the needed last.

Race 4:

#2 Athera 3-1 ML

#5 Paint the Corners 7-5 ML

#7 Prado Vision 6-1 ML

#2 Athera goes first off the claim for a sharp claiming barn off a nice 2nd place effort last time out.

Race 5:

#4 Super Tap 5-2 ML

#3 Candy for All 6-1 ML

#1 Blank Canvas 10-1 ML

#4 Super Tap took a large step forward on the stretchout to a mile last time out, and a repeat of that effort will win this race.

Race 6:

#3 Long Blade 2-1 ML

#8 Thorpe D’Oro 5-2 ML

#7 Barbarossa 7-2 ML

#3 Long Blade has sharpest early turf foot in a race where speed usually dominates at the distance at Gulfstream.

Race 7:

#4 Cool Mover 8-1 ML

#3 Spa Jazz 2-1 ML

#7 Gran Red 5-2 ML

#4 Cool Mover goes for a small barn that has exhibited very good success. The hope is that this one can get back to some of his better efforts in the fall.

Race 8:


#3 Conforto 6-1 ML

#4 Another Softball 8-1 ML

#3 Conforto (ready for a big season) looks to improve on the switch back to the grass after faulting twice off the long layoff on dirt.

Race 9:

#6 Discreet Heat 9-2 ML

#9 High Flying Guy 10-1 ML

#3 WW Concerto 7-2 ML

Race 10:

#11 Oblio’s Wish 30-1 ML

#10 Yako 5-2 ML

#5 Miss Unbridled Cat 20-1 ML

#11 Oblio’s Wish might get ignored off the last two flops again stakes company, but last time against claimers was victorius at 24-1.

Race 11:

#6 Blame the Thief 12-1 ML


#2 Salsas Return 2-1 ML

#1 Transistor 5-2 ML

Tim Hills gets two today as #6 Blame the Thief returns off the layoff hoping to get back to some of the sterling dirt form showed at Aqueduct in the fall.

#5 Shakhaar 20-1 ML

#4 Bluesky Kitten 9-5 ML

#10 Hillsdown has early zip and goes from a low percentage barn to a high percentage claim barn (22%) first off the claim.
